Currently enrolled families: To save yourself some time, please log into Jovial using your email address to access enrollment. You will see a "Register Now" button on the main page. Logging into Jovial will allow your family details to be auto-filled into the form. It's also okay to use the public registration button above, but you'll have to re-type your family profile.

2023-24 Class Offerings and Tuition are listed on the Classes Description page.

• All classes run from September 2023 through June 2024.  We broadly follow the Seattle School System schedule.

• This is NOT a drop-off daycare.  Families are actively involved in working in the classroom (class-specific requirement on the Classes Description page).

• Registration for the 2022-2023 school year is closed.

Overview of registration process:

1. Complete the online registration application here.  Within 1-3 days you will get an email that either offers you a spot or places you on a waiting list.  If you are offered a spot, you must pay the $60 Processing Fee and the pre-paid June 2023 tuition (non-refundable) within five days.  Payment is online through our registration system, Jovial, and you will receive details in your welcome email.
    

2. Once school starts, you will owe tuition on the 1st of each month (Sept through May).  Payment is made monthly and you'll receive an email reminder when it's due.  Any late payments will incur an additional $25 late fee.

Financial Aid:

CHCP has a scholarship program available for qualified families and we are happy to work with our community to make sure that everyone who is interested in CHCP can make it work financially. If interested, please contact our Treasurer at treasurer@capitolhillcoop.org for more details.
